1. What CarpetCutPro is

CarpetCutPro is a web-based tool for carpet fitters and flooring professionals. It helps you plan carpet cuts, calculate materials, and produce quotes and invoices. It runs in your browser — no app download required.

2. Subscription and payment

CarpetCutPro is available for £25 per month or £275 per year, billed in advance. Payment is processed securely through Stripe.

After the 7-day period, subscriptions are non-refundable but you can cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep access until then.

3. Access and passwords

When you subscribe, you'll receive a unique access password. This password is personal to you and is for your use only. You must not share your password with anyone else.

If we find a password being used by multiple people, or if these terms are breached, we reserve the right to revoke access without refund.

4. What the tool does — and your responsibility

CarpetCutPro calculates cut plans and materials based on the measurements you enter. The accuracy of the output depends entirely on the accuracy of your measurements.

The tool is provided as-is. While we work hard to make it reliable and accurate, we cannot guarantee it will be error-free at all times. We are not responsible for any business losses resulting from reliance on the tool.

5. Changes to the service

We may update, improve or change features of CarpetCutPro at any time. We may also change the subscription price — but we'll always give you at least 30 days notice before any price change takes effect, and you'll have the option to cancel before the new price applies.

6. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at carpetcutpro@gmail.com. There are no cancellation fees and no awkward retention attempts — just let us know and we'll sort it.

Privacy Policy

We take your privacy seriously. This section explains what data we collect and how we use it.

What we collect

When you request a trial or subscribe, we collect:

• Your name
• Your email address
• Your business name (optional)
• Payment information — processed and stored by Stripe, never by us

That's it. We don't use tracking cookies, analytics platforms, or advertising tools.

Your job data

All job data you create in CarpetCutPro — room measurements, sections, pricing, saved jobs — is stored locally in your browser on your device. It never leaves your device and is never sent to our servers. We cannot see your job data.

This means if you clear your browser data or switch devices, your saved jobs will not carry over. We are working on optional cloud save for a future update.

How we use your information

We use your name and email solely to:

• Send you your access password
• Contact you about your subscription
• Respond to any support queries

We will never sell your data, share it with third parties, or use it for marketing without your permission.

Third parties

We use the following third-party services:

• Stripe — for payment processing. Stripe's privacy policy applies to payment data.
• Netlify — for website hosting and form submissions.
• Google Fonts — for typography. No personal data is shared.

Your rights

You have the right to request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, or to ask us to delete it. To do so, email us at carpetcutpro@gmail.com and we'll respond within 5 working days.
